Abstract
The film approaches honey bees in experimental, sensory and physical ways. Following the approach of sensory ethnography it makes the perceptions and feelings that arise when humans meet bees tangible. The film portrays a swarm of bees from their departure from the hive to the formation of the swarm cluster. Then it takes a closer look at the bees at the entrance of a hive and on the honeycomb of an open hive.
