In 1986/87 Flora Veit-Wild undertook a "Survey of Zimbabwean Writers' Educational and Literary Careers" based on a lengthy questionnaire. This resource is the questionnaire filled in by Marechera, preceded by FVW's introductory letter. The survey was published in Veit-Wild's book of this title (Bayreuth 1992) and also extensively used for her "Teachers, Preachers, Non-Believers" (London 1992).
