They are sitting in front of Mai Marechera's hut where Flora Veit-Wild interviewed her helped by a female relative who translated. Men were not allowed into the hut.
A very poor homestead consisting of two huts; one for sleeping, one for cooking, a shed, a grill for pots etc. In the area of the town of Nyanga, beautiful Inyanga scenery.
