Abstract

The anthology film "Post-Colonial Legacies Windhoek Visual Storytelling" was propduced during a Storytelling Workshop organized by the University of Namibia and the University of Bremen.

The film "Brothers Divided by Segregation" by Tangeni Allan Hamunyela, Dean Muhinda and Tare Mwakipesile deals with ethnically charged conflicts. The film "Us" by Inacia Chikoti, Bertha Shifeta and Elizabeth Shinana showcases female identities and the perceived lack of solidarity amongst young women. The third film "More than Colour" by Eben-Dean Broekstein, Quinn-Leigh Kusch, Namupa Nghixulifwa, Franziska Redeker and Faith Ziunye puts racist prejudices to the test in a laboratory situation and criticizes them.
