Requests for use of restricted resources of the EHAA
Restricted resources of the collection can only be viewed in the research reading room of the Grimm Center of Humboldt Universität Berlin. Requests for the use of these resources should be submitted informally by email to the collection administration (ehaa.euroethno [at] hu-berlin.de). Please include the following information:
- Name, first name, email, phone number, postal address
- Title of your research or educational project and institutional/organizational affiliation.
- Brief description of the aims of the research or educational project and how they relate to the objects of the EHAA-collection.
- Planned duration of the project.
The collection administrators will review submitted applications for use and inform you of the approval by email. Upon approval, you will be sent a contract of use, which you must sign and return by mail to the collection administrators (postal address: see below). The collection administration will then inform the staff of the research reading room of the Grimm Centre of the HU of your name and the intended use. You will receive a message from the collection administration that you can contact the staff of the research reading room to arrange an appointment.
